We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and proprietary data. Client information is used solely for providing advisory services and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

All proprietary algorithms, systems, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Paternus Partners. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any aspect of our proprietary technology.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advisory services.

Either party may terminate the advisory relationship with written notice. Upon termination, all obligations cease except those relating to confidentiality and intellectual property protection.
